
POLICIES & GUIDELINES
At Sublevo, our goal is to provide you with the highest level of service possible. To make that happen, we have a few policies and guidelines in place. These ensure that both your time and the salon’s time are respected, so we can deliver the best experience for you and all of our clients.

SALON GUARANTEE
At Sublevo, we want you to fall in love with your lashes (and the whole experience!). If something doesn’t feel quite right, please let us know within three days, and we’ll be happy to make it right. After three days, any adjustments will be charged, but we always aim for your complete satisfaction!
APPOINTMENT GUIDELINES
We want to make sure you have the best possible experience when you visit us! To help things run smoothly, here are a few quick guidelines to keep in mind:
1. Arrive on Time: Please try to arrive no more than 5 minutes early for your appointment.
2. Make-up Free: If possible, come with a fresh face. Arriving with make-up could affect your results.
3. Skip the Caffeine: For lash appointments, we recommend avoiding caffeine on the day of your visit.
4. Restroom Break: Be sure to use the restroom beforehand so we can focus on your treatment without interruptions.
5. Dress Comfortably: Wear comfy clothes and style your hair in a way that makes it easy to relax and lay back during your appointment.


LATE POLICY

We reserve your appointment time just for you! If you’re running late, please give us a heads-up. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but sometimes we might need to adjust or reschedule your appointment to ensure quality service.
For brow appointments, if you’re more than 10 minutes late (or 15 minutes for lash appointments), we’ll need to reschedule. This will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur a fee
CHILDREN IN THE STUDIO
We love kids, but to keep the salon calm and safe for everyone, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare during your appointment.
If you do need to bring your child, here are some important guidelines:
1. Your child must be able to sit quietly for the whole appointment and stay with you in the treatment room.
2. If someone is with you to watch your child, both the child and caregiver must stay in the treatment room as well.
3. For safety reasons, children cannot be on the treatment bed during lash or brow services.
4. You’re responsible for any damages caused by your child.
5. If you need to attend to your child during the appointment, we won’t be able to extend your service time.
Our work takes a lot of focus and attention to detail, so we aim to create a calm and relaxing vibe for everyone who visits. Since we share the space with other businesses, we also want to be mindful of their environment and clients. These policies are in place for your safety, your children's safety, and to make sure everyone has the best experience possible.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
We know life happens! But here’s what you need to know if you need to reschedule or cancel:
1. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations:
- Minimum Notice: If you give us at least 2 days notice, you can transfer your deposit to a future appointment.
- Within 2 Days: If you reschedule or cancel within 2 days, your deposit will be forfeited.
- Day-Before: Rescheduling or cancelling the day before will require a 50% payment to rebook.
- Day-Of/No-Shows: Same-day cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will be charged the full appointment cost, which must be paid before booking again.
3. Late Arrival: If you're more than 10 minutes late for a brow appointment or 15 minutes late for a lash appointment, we’ll need to reschedule. This will count as a late cancellation and you’ll be charged accordingly.
By booking with us, you agree to these terms and that your card may be charged as outlined above.
